The property suffered substantial water damage from a burst Boiler in the Loft.

​

The plaster was removed back to bare brick and allowed to dry with the assistance of a dehumidifier.

​

The ceiling was then repaired, and the wall fitted with plaster board before skimming.

​

The bathroom had new skirting fitted on the damaged wall a new vinyl floor laid and tiling replaced before a full decoration with Dulux Diamond Eggshell and Dulux Satin Wood.
