Brian Walker FTC City & Guilds

Operations Manager

 

With 47 years of experience Brian has developed Sharpline into a large, competent company that now deals with multi-million pound jobs in the construction industry as well as smaller renovations.

 

His qualifications include SMSTS, FTC City & Guilds and Level 3 in Management. He takes responsibility for the general day to day managing of the company including monitoring finances, surveying jobs for private and public clients.

 

He is always continuing to develop Sharpline further and improving the company as a whole. 

Richard Walker

Health & Safety Director

 

In the trade for 19 years, he has been with the company since leaving school. He has worked his way up from being an apprentice with Sharpline, to being an integral role in running the business as he is responsible for Health and Safety.

 

He has gained his SMSTS for tthe Construction and Civil Engineering Industries. He is crucial in plannings jobs, organising team members and making sure the right staff go the the right jobs. 

 

He also holds an Level 2 Certificate in Emergency First Aid in the Workplace.

Brett McIlvenna

Commercial Director

 

​With the company for 9 years, became a Director 2 years ago. He is responsible for training of site supervision and supervisors on and off site.

 

He has gained his SSSTS for the Construction and Civil Engineering Industries.

 

His key roles include handling Human Resourses, making sure the whole team is up to date with current training and qualifications.  

Ian Grievson

Managing Director

 

In the construction industry for 42 years, Ian has plenty of experience in all aspects of the trade.

 

His main responsibilities are running maintenance contracts, transport maintenance and general day to day managing of the company.

Jeff Raine

Director

 

​With 44 years of experience in decorating his main roles in the company are supervising, managing main contracts, Health and Safety on site and maintenance of plant and equipment.
